"In order to improve communication and to reduce his bursts of anger, my 23 year old son agreed to join me in some 'relationship therapy' with Chris. We only had a few sessions but it enabled the start of some conversations and for me to explain how I felt and for my son to hear and listen. Things have become easier, less tense and calmer at home and I feel that my son now sees how better communication leads to a much better atmosphere. The dogs have noticed it too! We only had four sessions but Chris guided things appropriately. The penny seemed to drop and my son has suggested we carry on our conversations at home but knows we can go back to Chris if we would like to in the future" - Client 2024
