Children and Teenagers
Children and teenagers can feel challenged by the pressures of life, which may present with anxiety, unsociable behaviour, self harm, etc.
They can benefit from the care of professional help to deal with these difficult feelings and behaviours which may be alienating them from their families, peer groups and producing, for them, feelings of low self esteem.
It can be helpful for children to talk about their feelings or, for younger children, explore their experiences through the familiarity of play or drawing.
